We are now offering free returns on all items bought through our website (UK Only). Please email us onmark@militaryandoutdoor.co.ukand we will send you a free returns label. You will then be able to drop the parcel off at any postbox or post office or you can arrange a free collection on the royal mail website.
Extended Christmas Returns - items bought between 1st December and 24th December can be returned until 28th January
All returns should be in the condition they were sent in, securely parcelled and use the address label included, all returns must be recieved by us within 28 days of you receiving the order. Any questions please email us onmark@militaryandoutdoor.co.uk
We recommend you get a free proof of postage, then if the item is lost in the post we can refund you.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the item is despatched the order can no longer be cancelled - but the item can be returned for a full refund.
