Shipping & Returns

We will always try to despatch parcels as soon as possible after ordering and will advise if this is going to be more than 1 working day.

Free Tracked 48 hour delivery on all UK orders over £50 (excluding oversize or overweight)
For U.K. delivery addresses £4.65 for a fully tracked 48 hour delivery service - overweight or oversize parcels are charged more at checkout
Orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce delivery

We are not currently able to offer international delivery. Changes to VAT have made it currently not feasible for us. We apologise for any inconvenience

Postage to BFPO addresses is just standard UK rates for parcels under 2kg - overweight or oversize parcels are charged more at checkout
When you place your order enter your BFPO address but for country choose UK. You will only be charged standard UK delivery. If we later find the BFPO is a freepost address you will be refunded postage.
Items are signed for when they reach the military base in the UK and cannot be traced beyond this point.

We offer free returns on any UK based order. Please contact us if you would like to return an item and we will send you the free returns label by email. Once printed off and attached to your parcel, you can drop off the parcel at any post office, or postbox (if small), or you can arrange a free collection via the royal mail website.
For larger items which were delivered by parcelforce, we would need to arrange collection by Parcelforce. Please contact us to arrange a convenient day for them to collect. We are unable to specify a time during that day.
